Ministry or Work?

I often find it hard to seperate ministry from work. I am a full-time worship leader, so I am at church everyday from 9 to 5. Sometimes I get caught in the mold of it being just another day at work. It's so much more than work, people's lives are affected by the way I prepare each week. That is one big weight to carry. Good thing I have Jesus to guide me!

It is so easy to get discouraged in ministry, but I can never give up. Christ came to earth and was beaten to a pulp so that I could have an abundant life. In the book of John, chapter 10-verse 10, Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (NIV) It's impossible for me to even compare what I go through to what He went through for me. Is it just a job, NO WAY!

As for married life, Courtney and I have been married for two weeks already!! It's great being able to be with her everyday now. Please continue to keep us in your prayers!
