That sounds a lot more like the New Testament church from the book of Acts. I don't see a lot of that going around. I doubt that Tim Chambers would want to do church that way.
You would be correct in saying it is a New Testament church. Tim Chambers has a great church in New Jersey and I think he is doing what he feels God has called him to.
